Yes, it's a good idea to have some Euros (€) on hand for purchases at local markets, restaurants, and smaller shops, especially in more rural areas where credit cards may not be widely accepted. While larger establishments and tourist areas usually accept credit cards, having cash is essential for convenience.
We recommend converting your money before you arrive or at the airport, and carrying smaller denominations for easier transactions. Many places may not have change for large bills, so having smaller notes will be helpful. -

The Yatra will take place during springtime in Northern Italy, a beautiful time of year when the weather is mild and pleasant. Daytime temperatures will be around 54-61°F (12-16°C), while evenings can be cooler, with temperatures dropping to about 39-45°F (3-7°C).
We recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable throughout the day, as you may experience variations in temperature. A light jacket or sweater for the evenings is a good idea.
Since we will be doing a lot of walking, it's also important to bring comfortable walking shoes. You’ll want footwear that’s supportive and suitable for both cathedral visits and exploring the cities. Additionally, we suggest bringing a day pack for carrying essentials like water, a hat, sunscreen, and any other items you may need throughout the day. -
