Yogi Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 320 ounces water

  • 96 whole cloves

  • 128 whole black peppercorns

  • 128 cardamom pods, use mortar & pestle
    so they are more opened if possible

  • 16 cinnamon sticks

  • 1 tablespoon black tea

  • Ginger root, chopped up well

To Prepare

Boil cloves, cardamom pods, black peppercorns,
cinnamon sticks and ginger root for about 30 minutes.
Then, add black tea and keep boiling for another 5 minutes.
Black tea amalgamates the spices together.
Serve as is, or with milk & honey.

Pro Tip

Morning: Sip cold yogi tea (without milk) first thing
after brushing your teeth.

Evening: Sip cold yogi tea (without milk) again
as the last thing you do before going to sleep.
